Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist-Remote but UT based
This is a Remote Role (preference for Utah candidates with proximity to corporate headquarters)
The Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist facilitates collection of delinquent accounts by communicating with members.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with employees, clients, and members both in writing and verbally
- Create and maintain Excel reports for sales and executive groups
- Interact with various sales reps and leaders in resolving issues
- Enter an accurately track daily collection activities in system
- Understand the sales process and have a good understanding of our products
- Aptitude for process improvement in looking for ways to improve efficiency
- Maintain Account Receivable balances to company standards
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets, reports, formulas, etc.
- Good typing skills
- Preference to collection experience
- Preference to Salesforce.com experience
- Time management and organizational skills
- Strong entrepreneur skills both verbal and written
- Positive communication style
- Computer proficiency
- Good math skills experience with receiving and applying credit card payment to customer accounts
- Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on the computer
