AAPC is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our Member Success team! In this role you’ll engage warm leads and conduct outbound calls to spark meaningful, results-driven conversations. You’ll collaborate with members to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that ensure a smooth sales process and long-term member satisfaction.

This role moves quickly! You’ll manage a high volume of activity, pivot between tasks seamlessly, and make smart decisions in real time. If you like variety, urgency, and the thrill of hitting goals daily, you’ll feel right at home here. Plus, you’ll be part of an energetic team that celebrates wins and makes success fun!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales performance standards and quotas; strive to surpass assigned sales goals
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Quickly develop comprehensive product knowledge in the dynamic healthcare industry
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a robust, active sales pipeline
  • Utilize active listening skills to engage in discovery, address concerns, and provide solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a member-first mindset

 Qualifications:
  • Energetic, optimistic, and persistent, with a proven track record of success in a goal-driven environment
  • Comfortable multitasking and can handle rapid context-switching without losing momentum
  • Strong desire to help others succeed and discover their “Why”
  • Collaborative team player who will share sales tactics and is eager to learn from peers
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or another CRM platform
  • Previous experience with outbound or cold calling
  • Proficient in computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
  • Excellent phone and email communication and presentation skills
  • Open to feedback and coaching with a growth-oriented mindset
