Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to join our team. This position is full-time, and based in Salt Lake City, Utah, remote work is an option. The position requires one to be resourceful, organized, customer centric and extremely driven.
Job Duties:
The Project Coordinator assists with the logistics of onboarding new clients, support monthly invoicing of services and assist management team in daily office activities. Specific responsibilities include:
- Coordinates new client on boarding kick off calls, including setting up accounts for audits, coding and invoicing, coordinator project plans and EMR accesses.
- Communicates regularly with clients including performing follow-up on EMR accesses, project schedules and uploading of medical record information, sending project reports / deliverables, scheduling meetings and education calls and solve for problems that may arise.
- Attend daily operational meeting to report status of projects.
- Keep internal reporting and tracking tools up to date to ensure accurate information for invoicing clients and performance monitoring.
- Serve as a backup for monthly invoicing.
- Perform miscellaneous office duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to “own” and manage an entire project
- Detail oriented and deadline driven attitude
- Strong and efficient proofreading skills
- Ability to multi-task and keep a sense of urgency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic
- Strong computer skills required including but not limited to: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Cloud Technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- CPC-A or CPC
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPMA
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
