Sales Administrative Support
This is a hybrid role based in SLC, UT

Sales Administrative Support is responsible for providing resolution support to the sales team with order entry, resolutions, changes/cancellations, corrections, and returns for optimal client satisfaction and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Audit sales representatives’ entries in SalesForce.com for accuracy; review order entries and make corrections as needed for invoicing into Salesforce.com and order entry systems
- Create and maintain Excel reports for sales and executive groups as necessary
- Enter and track support cases in system, i.e. SalesForce, CRM, Phoenix, PDF Modifier, resolve requests from sales, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Assist with collection of past due invoices; contact members/clients with past due balances, etc.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- Type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
- Experience with MS Office required, especially reporting and analysis
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Experience in sales order data entry
- Must be organized and have attention to detail, i.e. accuracy
- Must be a problem solver; able to display process improvement capabilities
- Must be customer service-oriented
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Office Hours / Full-Time: Monday-Thursday 7 am-5 pm / Friday 7 am-4 pm No nights! No weekends!
