Are you passionate about transforming healthcare operations with innovative solutions? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Auditor Sales  Liaison to join our team, specializing in medical coding, auditing, and healthcare revenue cycle solutions. The Sales  Liaison will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by acting as the technology and subject matter expert during the sales cycle. This individual will work closely with prospective clients to identify pain points, demonstrate our solutions, and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the sales team during client discovery calls, serving as the technical and industry expert on medical coding, auditing, and revenue cycle services.
  • Analyze customer challenges and pain points to recommend tailored solutions from our suite of services.
  • Conduct in-depth presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Translate complex healthcare and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that address client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in medical coding, auditing, and revenue cycle management.
  • Provide feedback to product and operations teams to improve service offerings based on client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Support the Audit Service team with audits and client engagement activities as needed.
Expectations:
  • Travel up to 25% travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct in-person presentations that strengthen client relationships and dive business growth.
  • Production work, be prepared for approximately 20% production work with the Audit Services team. This will vary depending upon sales opportunities and travel.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare, with expertise in medical documentation, coding, auditing, and revenue cycle management for both professional and facility services.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations, payer requirements, and coding compliance.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
  • Experience with healthcare technology solutions, including electronic health records (EHRs), coding software, and revenue cycle platforms including familiarity with AI-based tools for medical documentation and coding.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • CPC and CPMA certifications (preferred: CIC, COC, RHIT, or RRA).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in sales engineering or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
