The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in our sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with potential clients. This position requires a motivated and persistent individual with a passion for sales and a desire to help others succeed. The SDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets:  Consistently meet and strive to surpass minimum sales performance standards and quotas, actively working towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales goals.
- Establish Trusted Advisor Relationships: Utilize trusted advisor guidelines to build and maintain successful sales relationships, employing industry-specific terminology and best practices.
- Develop and Manage a Robust Pipeline: Effectively create, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, ensuring steady progress towards sales objectives.
- Engage in Responsive Listening: Apply active listening skills to provide appropriate and tailored responses to customer needs. Ask probing questions to fully understand and address concerns, facilitating meaningful discovery conversations.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate outstanding customer service by tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Expand Product Knowledge: Quickly acquire and continuously update comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and our product offerings to stay abreast of the ever-changing market.

- CRM Experience: Proficient in using Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
- Outbound Sales Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales or cold-calling, with a proven track record of self-sourcing opportunities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software programs; experience prospecting with LinkedIn, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
-  Effective Communicator:  Excellent phone and email presentation skills, with strong communication abilities.
-  Coachability:** Responds well to feedback and is open to continuous coaching and development.
