Corporate Coordinator-CEU Specialist
This is a Remote/Hybrid Role based in SLC, UT
This is a hybrid role with responsibilities spanning both CEU services and Corporate Membership coordination. The position serves as a point of contact for members, corporate contacts, customer service team and sales representatives. It provides timely support for continuing education units (CEUs), membership status (including reinstatements and emeritus requests), as well as corporate account setup and maintenance.
This role manages requests and transactions across multiple systems (e.g., Phoenix, Salesforce, Genius) to ensure accurate records, compliant credentialing, and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive, accurate service via email and instant messaging to members, corporate contacts, and internal teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
CEUs
- Review and process CEU verifications using the CEU Validation dashboard
- Process emeritus applications and send approval/denial communications to members in accordance with guidelines.
- Review canceled member accounts to determine reinstatement eligibility; send reinstatement requirement emails via Salesforce or the Reinstate Dashboard; reinstate credentials in Phoenix once all requirements are met (including special-case handling as needed).
- Manage shared inboxes (membership, reinstate, CEU submissions) and complete recurring maintenance tasks (e.g., CEU cancels) according to cadence.
- Support corporate contacts and the sales team by preparing quotes/invoices and answering questions related to corporate client setups and changes.
- Process renewals, new memberships, and membership changes for regular and MAX accounts, including requests submitted by sales representatives.
- Identify problems with online interfaces, internal systems, or payments; correct when possible and escalate major issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
